There should be a 8pin cable labelled CPU that splits into 2 4 pin connectors which go in the connector near the top left of the motherboard,
Yeah I couldn't find the 4 adapter. Here are the photos https://imgur.com/a/JY5lL . The 20 and 4p have a arrow next to each other so I thought u had to connect them and place them in the lot next to it.

There should be a cable from your PSU that looks something like this
That will plug into the top left of the motherboard.

Yeah it should be. 500w which is enough with the gpu installed.

Try re-seating the RAM, I used to work with computers for 2 years and this was the most common problem. If not put the RAM in the other channel.
Edit: Just looked at the images, the board requires a 24Pin connector and a 4 pin connector. The 24Pin is wired correctly with the 20 and 4 being separate. There should be another 4 pin connector on the power supply. If not try looking for a 6 pin or an 8 pin and splitting them.

Good eye. Sorry, OP got wrapped up in a game. :P Yeah, that big ole' heat sink blocks the view of the cpu aux quite a bit.
make sure you check the psu connections, the hard drive connection actually all connections.
I had a similar issue with a pc built, never ended up finishing the build because a) I couldn't get it to work b) my brothers computer litreally blew up so he stole my componenets.
Can you hear my weed?
