How is giving someone access to copyrighted material not against DMCA, pretty sure it is. For example movie streaming sites that link you the content but dont host it, is still against the law for example.
This is a forum dedicated to selling ACCOUNTS of any kind (some are disallowed) that are not free accounts.
While selling the account may be against TOS of the site the account is on, it is not against TOS here and an account is not copyrighted.
An item purchased on the account IS under copyright protection.

And that account is giving you direct access to copy righted items the SELLER nor you have access to so same exact situation.
So if I created a website with a premium subscription could I sell that gave access to this content then?

What is in the account is not really any of HF's business.
And as for your website idea, yes. BUT you could not advertise the content you could only advertise the account for sale.

Yep, it all comes down to a legal protection for HF. Linking to copyright infringing material could easily lead to the forum being taken by the government. Where as selling accounts is just that, selling an account.
