Got contacted by him asking for $400 BTC, I went ahead and agreed and created the invoice. Upon paying I sent him the coins... About 4 hours later I got a chargeback on the $460. This was after I go contacted by another member asking if I got chargebacked by Andrew, in which I said no but would keep an eye out... Sure enough it happened. As far as I know 3 members have been chargebacked by Andrew. I spoke to Andrew about this and he said he would send my Bitcoins back, which is fine with me, I can handle the dispute. Andrew told me that he selected my transaction ID by accident and opened a dispute... Not sure how that happens, but I'll agree with it if I get my coins back.

One of the three people who got chargebacked their claim was won almost immediately, took only a little over an hour and then they got all their PayPal money back... Which is weird, but makes me still have hope that Andrew truly did select the wrong transaction ID's. I've called PayPal and they've confirmed it was an unauthorized charge claim and I've provided them with information to hopefully help me on my side. I did everything like I always have, used invoice system and my PayPal is my true business account... So hopefully they'll side with me.

I've tried to contact Andrew on the ETA when the coins will be sent back, but he's simply reading the messages and ignoring.

UPDATE: He's now -3 me saying to search my UID, making it look like I'm on a scamming spree... It's obvious at this point he knows exactly what he's doing.

Note:
This will be closed if I get the $460 back in Bitcoin. Winning the PayPal dispute will not make me end the user dispute.

Nah it's fine if you stick with "trusted ppl" and use the method.

I've done deals over 2K with andrewfrost over the past few months, looks like he started going on a scamming spree as of today.

Your biggest mistake was taking the money from an unverified account. That will play against you in the dispute.

I've been around the LBC community for a while, but I decided to try out HF. Obviously not worth the risks because of people like you. Money is money. If you go down that low to steal from so many others, I feel very sorry for you.
