What crosses the border of allowed and disallowed in HF?

Just confused.

So much talk about RAT's, spreading and stuff like that on HF, however it is disallowed in the Help Docs.

Is everyone legitimately only spreading for scientific and legal purposes, or am I simply retarded? 😧

However it is, someone please shed me some light. I'm new on this community and I'd like to know how things roll around here! 🤝

That sounds a bit messed up to me. Not having clear and straight rules regarding something that's borderline illegal. Oh well, thanks for the reply 🤝

It's clearly explained. It's for legal reasons :)

But more importantly I would be sure to actually go through the rules and spend time soaking up the information.
For legal reasons. It's all about legality especially with a site like this. You need to remain on the right side of the law as best as you can. I suggest that you take the time to read the rules. Become confident that you know them or at least the majority of them. This way you can avoid any future confusion. I see you are fairly new to HF so welcome to the community. Take care and all the best.
