This is Dr.Penguin. I know you're not suppose to make a second account but I have not heard back from the contact forum and it's been at least 5-7 days. I had the 2 factor on my old phone and I had reset. I wasn't apple to transfer it due to resetting my computer as I believed I had a virus. My account should be fine due to 2 factor but I had 4 of my emails hacked.
If a staff member could get into contact with me this would be great.

I had contacted them without registering but I believed they didn't see it. I re-submitted it via this account, not sure if that helps any.
