Alright, straight off the bat, a plead for advice on killing yourself, no worries, I am the advice master.

I would recommend you retrieve a belt or rope of some sorts, and attaching it to your legs.
Just grab a few heavy rocks near the beach, tie it to the rope and chuck yourself in the ocean or lakeside.

Eventually the rope will degrade and the rocks are fine in the water.

Personally, I'd show my love for her still by creating a 2 minute long cringe compilation video and sending it to her via an ipad through mail.
