I've been trying to get some amount of BTC exchanged into PayPal for long time
until he agreed and I went first. Sadly he went offline and did not paid me
the PayPal invoice.

But deal was my bitcoin for his Paypal, I guess now I will only deal with people with 1000 reputation or so although reputation seems that means nothing when scamming.

Alright, lesson learned I thank to god it was only $15 BTC.
