I'm quite skeptical of this because when I was a very young child I'd drown ants, then resuscitate them (yes that's possible) and repeat the process until I could no longer resuscitate them, but not once while drowning these ants do I ever remember any of them sinking, I'd have to fully fill up a class then put something over the top of the glass.

I guess it wasn't clear enough that it was a joke? Boy ant sounds like buoyant (floating).
