Is it really possible to determine if one has organ problems by listening to voice?

Apparently some researcher/ professor at a South Korean college listened to a tape of noko leader Un speech recently, and scrutinized it for details.
Then he was able to determine that Un has kidney problems.
Is that really possible?  Crazy.

It depends on which organ and how it could possibly affect you from the chest and up.
It could simply be that Kim Jong Un has a weak voice that is an indication of kidney problems.

But "Is it really possible to determine if one has organ problems by listening to voice?"

Organs in general? I wouldn't say so.
I have kidney problems and my voice is fine
people can't handle my honesty
No, but it is possible to determine whether one would make a good vocalist by listening to the movement of their organs.
