the only feature i wanted was to be able to start new threads and reply to others. nothing fancy, hence why i went with the cheapest option. guess now im screwed?

You can go to your userCP, scroll down until you see Group Memberships click on it, scroll to the bottom or where ever you see Epic and click on, *HF 3p1c (Set as Display Group)*. And yea what they said^.
