No, that's not going to be implemented. It would require more overhead because each posts would need to be parsed for the "quote=Username" posts. And then if a user changes their name the feature wouldn't work.

It's not my fault or my problem to fix how MyBB implemented their quote system. It's functional but it was never designed to be something for notifications. Unsure if they'll fix that in 2.0 but I don't think we'll ever use MyBB 2.0 on HF. We'll go to another software before we do that.

Would that mean the same for expanding it so you can enter in the UID of a specific user to filter his posts in that thread? Similar to how SYT (Search your threads) works with the userscript 🤫 You just enter in their username and it'll search for their threads in that subforum.
