I learned a lot from my last land sales thread, hopefully this will be a lot better experience. I've had a lot of positive responses and even almost had it sold. I realized that even though $50k was a small amount it was still over what most could afford. Unfortunately I couldn't reduce that price further but I have another piece of land that I can sell for around $15k which is the purpose of this thread.
Land specs:
Code Location: South Point; Hawaii Island.
Area: 1.001 Acres
Zoned: Ag1
Buildings: None
Easements: None
Title:
Code Title Status: No clouds on title
Current Ownership: Tenant in severalty
For Sale: By owner (Me)
Documents:
Cost:
Code $1 USD + $15,000 BTC
This is a serious sales thread and I expect it to be treated as such. If you are interested please send me a PM.
Thanks. 🤝
Also:
If Omni or Minimilist contacts me I will gladly confirm my identity with a state issued ID as well as a tax map key 🤝
Real Estate/Escrow companies will be used to transact this sale.

Value and sales price isn't the same. Sales price deals with a number of variables including the sales around your property. With that said my price is a little inflated which is due to the risk I am taking accepting Bitcoin as a payment. If you are direct depositing in my bank I can lower the price to around $10k - $11k.
Also thank you for repeating your question on this thread as well; I appreciate your concern. We both know you can't afford this one either. 🤝
Went from selling a program to M4k3 p30pl3 t4lk l1k3 d15 to seeing a sales thread for land on this forums.
Glws, interesting thread.

You don't have to throw shade at my bank account my nigga lmao.
I'm just trying to educate myself on this.
But you pretty much answered my question with the BTC/Direct Deposit statement so it makes sense why it's a bit higher than it should be.
Nonetheless, good luck selling this.
I'm going to look into getting some land somewhere cheap. Is Hawaii a good location for cheap land? Any specific reason why you targeted Hawaii to buy land or was this inherited?

Hawaii land prices aren't cheep and will never be cheep that's mainly due to the limited amount of land and extremely high demand.
In my personal opinion and as someone who has been in the field I think real estate in Hawaii is a pretty safe bet due to that concept. I feel that there couldn't be a catastrophic event that would drastically affect the housing market in Hawaii and no where else. There are also very high net worth people on island so the economy is constantly fueled by other industries even though we are heavily reliant on the tourism industry. But I'm getting off topic, this is more real estate investment talk :)
EDIT:
Sorry I missed your last question, I bought it in Hawaii because I am from Hawaii. I'm not from the island but i frequent all of the islands due to work.

He's not actually interested. He's trolled most of my sales threads in the past lol
I did have a few offers and serious members asking about this piece of land. They approach things differently and ask the right questions.
It always gets interesting when people try to sell stuff like this on a forum, good luck my man!
Who Soup seems like a very pleasant guy to deal with.

I sometimes wonder why you don't have any unique awards for your creative sales thread. Keep it up man, GLWS btw
