Got some questions, keep in mind that i have no idea how API works.

I am selling a software here on the forum and the process is automated by a thirdparty site;
that means that you'll get the license and instructions over email after the payment is completed.

How will i be able to benefit from the API as a seller? I have my webdev who can take care of my requests, all i need to know if what is possible.

Right now, that i have in mind is to be able to verify users when they purchase. That means that i will know which HF user purchased when. Is there anything else than that? Will i be able to delivery their license and such over PM which would be awesome to add, considering that i can provide one-on-one support whenever they need it.

The API is read only right now.
So you can't do much with it yet.

Think that the API is in beta stage so it's not worth doing anything major with it yet.
