I've had this problem for a while now.
Whenever I try to boot up my PC with the keyboard connected it fails and shows this error message.

But whenever I try boot up when the keyboard isn't connected I get this error message and then it boots up.

Anyone able to help solve this?

It's a HiPoint. It's just a cheap keyboard, nothing special.

Are you plugged in to a USB 3.0 port or 2.0?

I don't know, I'm guessing 2.0.
If you plug it in afterwards, are any keys stuck? It's possible it's something silly like that. The "keyboard failure" condition is always going to happen when no keyboard is plugged in. The trick is figuring out why yours triggers an error when it is plugged in.

Yeah whenever its plugged in my computer will fail to boot.
It might actually be a key, I think one or two of my keys are kinda sticky. I'll try see if it's that.
Thanks.

Is the inside of the port red/blue/black?
Yeah sticky keys might do it....

Inside of the ports are black.
I'm going to give my keyboard a good clean and if that doesn't work I'll get a new one, needing one anyway.
It's a matter of logical deduction. Try different keyboards and different USB ports, the answer will make itself known.
I believe it's something to do with my bios. I've tried different USB ports and it still happens.
