Then put a description of what happened here:
I'll do this short,
Basically I need to pay 110$ to Romania for his HW service so I asked a Mountain Dew to exchange me PP to BTC. We have a deal for 110$ pp , Romania will receive 100$ btc.

So I Sent 110$ and Mountain Dew didn't send the money neither told me when he will send to me (I mean to Romania).
It's been already more than 5hours without any info !
I didn't want to open a deal dispute and I would love to close and resolve it but it's all in hand of Mountain Dew. ( Men it's only 100$ -_- ) If it's resolved and if I dont get an answer I'll charge back on paypal :s

Yup. OP messaged Mountain Dew and told him he will be opening a dispute soon, Mountain Dew replied and told him "Don't listen to Romania he is just trying to ruin my rep". What a loser, I don't know the kid.
