Contract
All CE deals are REQUIRED to be done through Contracts. My deal is Product Dispute, and I didn't know about contract thing I'm new to this forum...

Description
So this user had a thread about legitsense cheat, and I went to their website I saw they sell private builds too, So I messaged him on email and bought private build (as you can see he answers very fast and everyday before I bought).... and the deal was that he have to rewrite my project... but it turned out that he wont respond to my emails after I sent payment (he barely respond).. Today he banned me off discord, I tried contacting him on forum(legitsense), tried contacting other owner (Allesanders) [Pretty sure its ceo just his other discord], they only answer with "I'm not involved in private builds", but my question was to ask his friend to respond to my email... after I realized I won't get anything I started making this scam report, It says deving starts instantly and done in max 1 week.. but I got scammed. I hope you can do something I want my refund, I decided to make this right now I'm sure he will never respond me :(
I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK, I don't trust him anymore (He might rat me or something with his product now). I hope he can refund me, If not I hope he gets banned, this forum is not made for scammers

next time use a contract, i reccomend reading through the forum rules and guidelines to avoid making another mistake like this.

All deal disputes MUST be associated with a contract.

From now on all Deal Dispute threads are REQUIRED To be associated with an HF Contract that was ACCEPTED by both parties. Partial Contracts will not be considered valid.

If any threads are created without a Contract it will be junked and the member warned.  

Everyone will eventually be forced to use Contracts system to use the HF Marketplace. Adapt or else.   I refuse to allow these constant stupid deals done and then complaints when deals go bad and a very good system is not used.

No, you wouldn't. Staff would probably just ban the scammer, that's it.

All deals are at your own risk, hence no one can give you the money back.

I didn't know, sadly scammer won't get banned.. It's sad how he scamms but he can make product I paid for

What is more sad is that because you didn't read the rules and haven't used a contract with him, he now may scam another member..

Well in my opinion, that contract thing doesnt change the fact he scammed me and I provided proofs..
