Yeah I agree with you OP. I myself bought Satoshi King 4 months ago from a user who is now called Ariana(around 1.3k rep). After opening a DD I was refunded.

Nice find. Tbh its not surprising to say the least, the vast majority of ebooks stretch the truth a bit far, if its not basically an outright scam.
