Promising altcoins with extremely low market caps?

Back in January 2016, Myriad had an ATL market cap of $25,000 and each coin was worth 6 sats. Now its market cap is $750,000 and each coin is worth 40 sats. Vertcoin is another example. In mid-2015, it had a market cap of $100,000 and each coin was worth 2,500 sats. Now its market cap is $3.5 million and each coin is worth 9,000 sats.

Probably the most famous example these days is PIVX.

Coins such as these tend to escape the attention of most people. When a coin goes from a $20 million market cap to a $200 million one, it's a big deal. But when a coin goes from a $100,000 market cap to a $1 million one, very few people will take notice. And that's despite the fact that the return on investment is identical for both.

More importantly, it's far easier to bring up a coin's market cap from $100,000 to $1 million than it is to bring up a coin's market cap from $100 million to $1 billion since the former requires a far smaller injection of money. Lots of coins with market caps in the tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars have increased in value by 10 or 20 times that of BTC. Very few coins with market caps already in the hundreds of millions of dollars have done the same (Ethereum might be the only one so far).

So, anyway. That's probably enough rambling from me. What are some of the more promising very low market cap altcoins out there?

EDIT: Just to clarify, I'm not saying that Myriad, Vertcoin, and PIVX are currently promising altcoins with low market caps. But only that they were so in the past. I have no idea what these coins will do in the future..

I created this thread purely because I wanted to have a nice and civilised discussion. I prefer to have recommendations given with a reason behind them, the website you provided just gives figures which isn't the main purpose of this thread. I don't mean to come across rude, so please don't get the wrong impression.
No sane investor would invest large sum of money in such a small market because such markets can easily be manipulated. If a few people hold half of the tokens, they can influence that small market as they wish.

Profit on the other hand might be mindboggling, but how to predict such thing? no one can be sure, but if you spend tons of hours investigating a lot of very new coins, you might find a technology that is worth investing (provided you know a lot about blockchain technology).

I'm planning to earn some cash on the tezos hype alone. Media has a great coverage so a many investors will try to take profit of that including me, but I didnt gather enough info about the long term, please do some research and leave some argumented conclusions - I don't have time to read all info out there.

I think we are in a very bullish period of time and because of that there are so many overvalued shitcoins, all that makes really difficult to find some really undervalued coins. Comparing this time with one year ago, you can see clearly how shitcoins and promising coins have pumped altogether, that makes them really difficult to distinguish.
i love dodge and siacoin. I think they have a good potential because they are really low atm.
I have a few I've been looking at personally.

I think he has a point here. It's a high risk/high reward issue for a big investor who's probably looking for more stability (as if cryptos weren't too good with stability for something like a hedgefund alone.
If you want a promising investment, look at PIVX. I love the technology, but wont ramble much. do your own research

Don't take these picks for granted, these coins are going to (hopefully) put me into early retirement, read about them and choose which ones you think are most likely to succeed.
