What's the best way to speed up my computer for more FPS?

He's saying to get a whole new PC, ideally to build it yourself if you're comfortable with that.

Personally I would get the Graphics Card first and see if that does what you need it too, you can always throw it into a new computer if you plan later on to get one. (Just make sure if you're buying pre-made that it doesn't already have a Graphics Card, and if you're building one of course just don't buy another.)

Will get the graphics card within the next month. Thanks! +3 for both of you!
I would advise against dropping a 1050Ti in here, the A6-3600 will bottleneck the card...
While there are 1050Ti's that don't require PCIe power cables I believe the PSU in your pre-built will likely be under 400w... not going to like an additional 75w draw...

My recommendation is save you money and either buy a used PC that is more up to date or build one from scratch.

So you think it won't help at all?

It depends on the bottleneck, I don't have experience/research with that CPU but GT may.
However in my opinion if it doesn't bottleneck before 60+ FPS(for most games you want to play) it might be a worthwhile upgrade assuming as GT has pointed out that your PSU can handle it.

It's also recommended if you can wait to upgrade the whole system at once it's usually better than slowly upgrading over time as they can become outdated/devalued.

It might help a little but I don't think it would be worth while as it would likely just create other issues....

Your powersupply may not be powerful enough to handle GPU, which would mean an upgrade.

Your APU will likely not be powerful enough to get the performance out of the GPU and you won't get your full performance from the GPU.

Basically I don't think this is one of the "simply add a GPU" type situations...
Investing in a 1050Ti would help yes! but if possible try getting a GTX 1060 i see them on sale for reall cheap online, and if you have not upgradded to an SSD, i highly recommend that. it will help. and also adding more ram wouldnt hurt. but as the above comments mentioned it might be wise to upgrade your PSU just in case.
The best way will simply be to buy a new computer. You first become an ebook seller and then create a fake get rich scheme. To do this, I advise you go on a site with old methods and twist them up to make them sound interesting. Only after 10 buyers will they actually figure out that it's an old method. I've seen hundreds of people become rich with this method.

Time to cut the joke
