I had added his Skype and we began to talk about him completing the service for me: PHOTO REMOVED AS ASKED BY WINDOWS RT

We had come to the agreement that I would pay 15m which at the time was 19.33 USD for this service to be done. I purchased the 15m from the website BoglaGold and transferred the money onto my account: https://imgur.com/a/uG2XV

I warned the user against using a bot on my account as fear for the safety of my Runescape account as I worked on the account very hard and the account was worth a decent amount of money if I was to sell the account: https://imgur.com/a/CLmxB

After waiting around a week I checked the account’s level via the Highscores list only to see my account was banned for Macroing (The use of a 3rd party bot): https://imgur.com/a/mEqxF

I have been permanently banned and have lost my account forever. I would like to be compensated for the account that WindowsRT lost of mine. I told him specifically multiple times that I would not condone to him botting on my account. However, he had little regard for the safety of my account and botted on my account. I trusted him because of his accounts UB3R status as well as the high reputation he had. If I have left anything off of this scam report please tell me and I will be able to fix the problem.

The user is a very nice guy and it’s painful for me to post this deal dispute. However, I have forever lost my insanely good granite maul rushing account that was very valuable. He has offered to pay me 15m back, yet that will not bring my old account back. The value of my account was a lot more than 15m.

To conclude, the user didn't complete the service and he broke the TOS by using a bot. I have lost my valuable account due to this users negligence when attempting to complete the service.

Even though this actually seems legit, unfortunately most of the times when you are purchasing any power leveling services its pretty standard that the seller doesn't really take any responsibility for the account.

I used AHK and that is what got the account banned. I did not directly run a bot client, I had the account on 80/82 mage, I even said to OP I would start a new account for him just because I understand it's my fault and I take full creditability.

If you don't want the 30m then just post that and this can stay open, I am clearly offering you compensation. So take it or just leave this open.

Thats absolutely ridiculous. You know damn well you ran a bot client. AHK is against the rules and can be considered macroing. You broke your own TOS and lied to your client.

I don't mean to be unreasonable what so ever. I am just upset that this user has gotten my account banned after I specifically warned him multiple times about botting. The use of a bot vs what he says his use of "AHK" remains unclear. However, if he was completing a service he shouldn't have been using "AHK" as they are disallowed anyway. Here is a thread from Jagex that is saying that AHK isn't allowed nor has their ever been a 1:1 rule.

An account can always be recovered. I would like to be reimbursed of the full value of my account in RSGP + the 15m I paid for the service.
