My dude, that image is sent directly from his PC. He did not use any third party screencap software to take this picture. Someone definitely sent him that picture, he saved it on his computer to reminisce. I'm sorry you got scammed by the other Joe, but this doesn't prove that Billie Joe is a multi at all. Billie Joe's account is also older than the one you assume is his other account and that account recently got banned. Why the hell would he have/use both accounts?

Also I'd like to add that I was in a Skype call or discord call and I'm 99% sure Incapability was in there and he sounds much different to billie, I have spoken to Billie in voice many times and there is no way billie could just chaange his voice to sound like Incapability as they both sound very different. My bad if it wasn't incapability in the voice chat but like I said almost 99% sure.

I have multiple users as friends on discord who have multiple accounts.

I have also caught multiple users in the past having multiple discord accounts for scamming.

The post above was to show how much of a hypocrite he was being and was only relevant to that fact.

I cannot provide any on site proof currently of this however gimme a few days and i'll take some irl screenshots.
