Here's what I did. Hurts like a bitch, but it works:

1) Get an ice pack and hold it on the hickey(s) for about 1-2 minutes
2) Get a flat surface cap e.g. chap stick cap and start rubbing on it (push hard) for about 30-45 seconds
3) After you rub it, get a makeup brush (or any other soft brush) and just brush the hickey(s) (it makes the pain go away faster)
4) Repeat steps
