Do i need to send him 1 ($3.256) BTC and he sends me 2,677.95?
So if i do this service i lose money? or is it i send him 1 ($3,256) and he sends me $3,256?
You lose money on it. Almost all LBC sellers have a fee for their services.
YOU ARE SELLING AT 2677, MOST OFFERS THERE YOU LOSE MONEY
You would lose money doing that trade.

That is the current buying rate or price that he is offering. Most buyers on LBC raise or lower prices based on payment method.
I suggest you find another buyer, that offer is just blasphemy.

Yes, you have to look for the best bang for your buck. Localbitcoins fees sometimes are high but some are reasonable, depends of the buyer, shop around, at least you're protected by escrow.

You need to find a fair trade. In that trade, you send him 1 BTC, he sends you $2678 USD. Find one that pays you closer to $3200

Not sure why he is overpaying, but his minimum deal amount is $25,000 so that may be why. But again, almost $5k per BTC 😑

I buy all my btc on localbitcoins and the trick for not being fucked with the prices is opening an ad yourself, don't stick with the prices they give you, open your own ad and sell your bitcoins at the price you want if you offer a good deal you can sell your btc pretty quick.

That's a great alternative if you have the time to wait until a buyer appears.
