Someone Negged Repped Me For A Non-Working AGC, Never Gave Anyone Any AGC

So basically I noticed this morning that someone negative repped me saying that I gave him a non-working AGC and telling people to deal with caution...

However, I have not used any AGC as a form of payment ever and I've never been in contact with the person that left the rep there. I'm pretty certain that this is against the rules as he is calling me a scammer and provides no further proof that is required, as stated by the rules.

Where in the rep does it say anything like this:
What is reputation abuse?
Reputation abuse can be very complicated subject matter. Here is a list of the following ways reputation can be viewed as abuse.
• Flaming: Using extremely coarse language to describe or berate a member.
• Reputation as a currency: We do not allow the buying or selling of reputations.
• Gang Rep: The act of coordination with other members to raise or lower a member’s reputation is not allowed.
• Rep Coercion: Using intimidation, threats, or blackmail to get reps added or removed.
• Rep Requesting: You cannot give hints, tips, or request reputations.
• Scammer Reputation: You're required to leave a link to a Deal Dispute thread you have created to infer someone is a scammer (ie: scammer, scams, chargebacks, scamming). Please note that a Deal Dispute link must be your own thread you've created. It cannot be a thread opened by another member.
• Deal Dispute Linking: We don't allow you to link to a Deal Dispute forum thread that's opened by another member.
• Reputation Collusion: Agreeing to participate in reciprocal reputations with a member.

The rep he gave me says

"Piхl (60)Negative (-3): he gave me a AGC which is not working.. dwc"

That's calling me a scammer right? The only problem with what he's saying is that I haven't given anyone AGC except for my last giveaway and he wasn't even involved.

Yes it's weird that he would rep you with that comment when you never dealt with him, but it's not against the rules.
Best thing you can do is just PM him and see what the problem is and if he made a mistake.

Did you bother PMing him prior to posting this nonsense?

Can you people not handle your own issues privately?

Well you should PM omni but you should also delete this thread, it think is against the rules to post a thread related to reputation, correct me if I'm wrong.

I did send him a PM with no response, hence I came here, waited a few hours.

Pretty sure it is against the rules since he is falsely claiming to be scammed or something without a deal dispute open!

He hasn't been on for a few hours though.. Be patient and check in your tracking log if he read it or not. If he did read it and you got no reply you can assume he did give it intentional.

I've had to wait weeks for responses before.

Still stupid of you to post this. Negs hurt, but they can be solved.

It is against the rules as he was effectively calling him a scammer with no DD link.

Thank you Effexion, I'm just trying to get this solved so I can move on, I'm not publicly shaming the User that did it.

Just checked the Help Documents and you appear to be right.

The example that is the most similar to the one that was given to OP is:
Quote:• took my money and didn't provide service

It's a bit of a grey area but I can see why this could be classified as being against the rules. I guess it's best to wait for Omniscient to read this thread. He will take action if needed.
