My tasks will be to check statistic of teams and then decide what the best odds will be for their game.

I need to check how good Man United are at home and how many injured players they have etc etc... Then at the end i decide how much their odds is goin to be.

The payout is around 30.000 GBP/Year (It also depends how good you are if you make a good year you can earn a lot of bonuses)

Yeah that's a part of it but they do need to start accepting odds at first and those need to be calculated. It offers a sort-of template. Bookies don't take any risks though and they all use an exchange as you said, to trade bets for other ones to profit.
