Description:

So user Popeye. opened thread for his probably multi account ANXIETY.
I've sent PM to ANXIETY. that I want to exchange $50 PP for his BTC. He sent me PM that he's offering me $45 BTC and he sent me his PayPal e-mail address.
I sent $50 paypal as friends family and this guy never replied back to me.
I'm pretty sure both accounts are from same owner as they both have dot (.) on end of their usernames and they always log out at same time...
What I want? I want my $50 PayPal back or $45 BTC as I earned this money fair way and I just wanted to exchange it.
What if they don't refund me or pay me BTC? I'll report them to admins for multi-accounting, will buy L33T or Ub3r and negative feedback them to warn other members about this case. Also will try to contact PayPal and solve issue...

Well people don't get banned here for multi accounting? Where I can report this guy? I contacted Eagle moderator but never received any reply. This multi accounter and scammer still doing his dirty job over forum...
