It's Omni's site. He will do what he thinks is best for it. 
He asked someone to come up with a theme that worked along with the XML so he could install it and was never given what he needed.
So he made his own.

Its just temporary so we can use forum. Be patient, im sure it all will be fixed in few days. Then talk about it.

It might or might not be temporary. The "theme is temporary" was there while we used the white theme.
