alright, i'm not illegal or anything. I'm legal in both USA and Mexico. i want to cross the border when i turn maybe 18, im 14 right now. I just want to cross it as i want to see how it is, most my uncle and my dad crossed the border at that age. i know it sounds stupid but it's just for experience i guess.
Anyways my question is, would i go to jail even if i'm legal in both countries? If so i guess i won't, i want to have a clean record.
Also before you go commenting about being Mexican and adding racist comments, i just want this to be a thread about a question. Not a insult thread. Thanks
I'm not sure about Mexico. It's different than Canada. All you need for Canada is a birth certificate from the US or a passport.
From a simple Google search, it seems that you can go in and out as long as you can prove you are a resident of the United States, not a citizen. There also seems to be a port of entry where you don't even have to speak to anyone.

well i want to cross it like an illegal, climbing over.
Yes you will, you are legally required to get access from a Border Patrol officer to enter the country, regardless of status.

I don't think I can help you there.
I suggest use the legal border entry point to move. Going and crossing the border in a non appropriate fashion may lead to arrest if caught.

i guess i will have to rethink this haha, thanks for everything guys

Why would you do that if you can go there on legal grounds?

Yes, you'll be arrested. It has to be documented that you're crossing. If you still choose to do so, invest in a good coyote.

If you do it, then please run in zig-zag and yell 'You can't hit me, you redneck-fucks!'
I heard that it increases your chances of entering the states by 159%.

If you're legal in both countries and plan on crossing the border by land and not plane, you can get a free passport. If you plan on taking a plane, I believe the passport fee is $100.
