Honestly you kindly fucked Honey with the time you sent it, the rate doesn't really matter if you sent it hours after and the price dropped. When you should of sent the payment instantly and he would of got the full amount and this would of never happened. I'd cut your loses and take the rate as it is the same rate, Bitcoin is just at a lower volume ATM.
