Flat out, I did my google earching and yea we can literally buy up an abandoned township for pennies compared. (Buy the land) for like $12K USD for a whole damn town lol.

Someone start a fucking GoFundMe thing and lets get us a Hacker Resort going, hell I will go get my Passport to go chill their when needed.
