Agrello (DLT) - Legally Binding Smart Contracts - Megathread - ICOs are GONE!?!?

Hey guys, here I've finally decided to compile a huge megathread on what Agrello is and why I believe it will be a major token in the future.

First of all though, I would like to clarify that while the project is named Agrello the token that is used for the platform is called Delta (DLT).

What is Agrello?

Agrello is a company based in Estonia that aims to create a smart contract platform for legally binding smart contracts.
Agrello was founded by a team of Estonian lawyers, high-level academics, and information technology experts, with the shared vision of creating digital contracts that will forever change the way people interact with each other and interface with legal authorities.
Specializing in the intersection of law, legal policies and modern technologies, the Agrello core team followed the development of blockchain technology since its early beginnings, and understands the hurdles contemporary smart contract systems will have to overcome in order to be successfully implemented in established legal environments.
Agrello’s smart agreement solution is the result of this understanding, as well as more than 16 years of research, and a combined experience of 45 years in the tech-friendly Estonian legal system.

How Will This Work?

Agrello aims to make their platform as simple as possible.
They want their project to work by having a platform where smart contracts are simple to create and are digitally signed.
To accomplish this Agrello has many projects they are working on.
They are making a Digital Identity platform where customers will go through a KYC procedure once and may then use the platform to create smart contract deals with other users once they are verified.
They are also working on implementing an AI program that will assist users in their creation of smart contracts.
Agrello is also experienced in law and is working with many law firms around the world to ensure that their smart contracts are legally binding.

So the basic process is this:

1. You and another individual sign up on the Digital Identity Platform.
2. You and the other individual are assisted by an AI in the creation of a smart contract deal with a template on the Agrello platform.
3. You and the other person digitally sign the contract.
4. You are now both legally bound to follow the contract, any violation of the contract may lead to LEGAL consequences.

This process is fairly quick and inexpensive, and rids the need of having an expensive lawyer middleman who takes weeks or even months to write a contract for the both of you.

Here is a nice video explanation made by the Agrello team:

What Can This Be Used For?

With legally binding smart contracts, the possibilities are endless. They can be used for anything a normal contract was used for in the real world. So instead of brainstorming a list of things I think it would be useful for I will simply give examples of what the Agrello project has done so far.

Currently, the Agrello is experimenting with their platform on InCap, an engineering company. What Agrello is doing with InCap is that they are using their platform to FULLY AUTOMATE MONTHLY PAYCHECK DISTRIBUTION. Yes, with Agrello this process can be fully automated within companies, no overview of paychecks are necessary. Imagine how much simpler it would be for big companies to fully automate their paycheck process without having to go over and distribute thousands of different paychecks every month.

Now here's the really big thing that Agrello wants to use their platform for, this thing they have been working on is an amazing idea and will LITERALLY KILL ICOs in 2018. Agrello wants to use their platform for a new token distribution method called ILPs (Initial Loan Procurements).

Here's a basic explanation of what an ILP will be:
In an ILP, you are not risking your money. With an ILP, you will LEND the company a certain amount of money (most likely in the form of cryptocurrency). In return the company will give you tokens like in an ICO, but INSTEAD OF KEEPING YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL EVENTUALLY GET PAID BACK YOUR LOAN! Agrello will use their platform so that blockchain companies will legally be required through Agrello's legally binding smart contracts to pay back your loan to them within a certain amount of time or they will face legal consequences.

Basically the days of risking your money in ICOs are GONE! Say goodbye to ICOs and hello to ILPs.
And at the center of this revolutionary change will be Agrello due to their legally binding smart contracts.

(As a note here I'd like to mention that the FIRST ILP will be this month for the distribution of Blockhive's tokens, which is an amazing project by itself, for more information you can visit the Blockhive website and pre-register NOW!: https://blockhive.ee/ilp )

Additional Information
Additionally Agrello has partnerships with many other companies such as Metaverse, Blockhive, Rivetz, and many more blockchain companies. I believe that Agrello has lots of potential in the future and that NOW would be the best time to buy in. I believe that Agrello will eventually reach a 1 billion market cap and be one of the major cryptocurrencies of the future.

I don't see this coin going anywhere but up this year, especially once they release their public platform in Q2 of 2018. If you want to research further and figure out more information then you can make use of the links that I posted above. Good luck investing guys!
How do you buy a coin like this? Ive never bothered to look into anything that wasnt on the big exchanges
Loving every second I've spent back on HF <3 Glad to see you all again.
i don't understand what is smart contract. any easy explanation for non english speaker like me?
for example using analogy like public and private key analogy is our home mail box. everyone know our mail box address (public key) but only our self can open the box and read the mail (private key).

How can you be in crypto and not know what a smart contract is... English speaker or not..

Agrello looks great, it is already in my current portfolio. I just have to wait it out at least 3 years to see some return.

So a company based in Estonia wants to run smart contracts internationally and plans on having no trouble complying with US law?

My thoughts exactly. I'm skeptical of this entire idea. It's basically crowdfunding startups via their token, but being paid back like a loan. You don't have any ownership of their system like you do with ICOs. The whole point of people buying into an ICO is that the coin/token itself will be worth a lot because it can do something.

I'll stick with ETH and ICOs. All we need is proper regulation of ICOs to stop scams. That's all.

What ownership do you get from an ico? I'm so confused. I don't understand any way that an ico is better than an ILP.

ICO: You contribute money to a blockchain in return for tokens that you hope to profit off of. There is a very real chance of losing money if the token flops.

ILP: You loan money to a blockchain startup in return for tokens you WILL to profit off of. There is no chance of losing money because your loan will be paid back, additionally you will also get money for the value of the token too.

Basically
ICO: Chance of profit
ILP: You WILL PROFIT

Plus you guys are completely ignorant to the whole idea of legally binding smart contracts. This isn't some new shitty ico startup coin. The ILP was just a small example of a USE CASE for legally binding smart contracts. Legally binding smart contracts can be used for anything a normal contract today is used for, but it will be a lot easier to make since it is online and stored in a blockchain.
