Hello all. Have experience of communication with this person, who refuses to work with middleman (moderator) HF.

Are you outta your mind? If you are to report to cops, go to cops. Don't open a scam report unless you actually got scammed, dumb ass.

Refusal to use a Middle Man is not against site rules.
It is recommended and if a user refuses if is then the buyers decision to proceed or not.
Its questionable, but does not justify in a scam report.

Staff or admin don't get involved in deal disputes. However, this is not a deal dispute but posted in deal dispute section which may or may not be considered as scam report. Is there anything that can be done?

he contacted me, i hired him, he said the job would take a month, after over a month zero progress shown and is not responding anymore. basically ran with the money.
