What is Appraisers?

Appraisers is a group of high quality and community trusted members who will work together to make the Hack Forums market a safer place.
Appraisers will unbiasedly and incorruptibly review as well as appraise any/all marketplace offerings.
Appraisers will confirm account ownership, NFA holdings, BTC backing, and other deal-breaking metrics.
Appraisers will help to facilitate on-site deals by confirming vendor identities, product completeness, product originality, and product quality.
Appraisers do not accept any form of payment for favorable appraisals, with no exemptions.

Requirements
As a group that dedicates itself to appraising products and services as well as acting as a marketplace watchdog, we are the first line of defense between a great marketplace transaction, and a bad community experience for someone.
We believe that acceptance into Appraisers requires a level of community prestige as-well as a stead-fast and strong will. You will be asked for certain personal details to help prevent possible corruption. In the event of member corruption, Appraisers will hold the member personally accountable.

• Member of Hack Forums for at least 1 year.

It is a very high-quality guide, well laid out an organized. Not only does he include various ways to use the method and also how this method differs from similar methods, but he also includes sources to even more information. The graphics are well done but in small numbers. However, having a small number of graphics means the author was focused on the information rather than the look which is a good sign.  The author includes where the method has its advantages and disadvantages as well as what it would take to succeed using the method.
The e-book/guide could easily sell for $150+. However, due to the nature, risk, and overuse/knowledge of the method, it could go for around $80-$100 depending on where he is selling.

Product Sales/Support/Feedback Analysis:User did not show much professionalism while posting this thread about the service, especially involving the warranty customers have on how long the service could last of the repercussion especially if the service does not last long enough. Personally, I wouldn’t tell buying customers to not PM you if they’re interested in the product. You will decrease your number of sales that way. Recommend the seller to restructure he’s sales thread and be more informative with what the customer is purchasing. Professionalism, Grammar Check would be great, and further explaining the warranty section of the sales thread.

Appraisers Suggested Retail Price: Honestly, It depends on the type of person you're as a seller. If it was up to me and I knew the type of method that is being sold through several users in the marketplace for multiple fixed price. I would just provide this service for free as well. Originality is fixed and not set high enough to deserve to be sold for a price.

The few post activity the user has made is inside the Marketplace section and the Free Giveaway Section. Based on reputation, he has a couple of positive reputations, but received a -3 from another member involving the participation of an vc and stated a DWC for the user. Honestly, he's account is still fresh to being able to sell a product on the forum.

You build a large scale growth in your clientele that can later lead to better service created for yourself.

Are you fluent in English? 100% fluent in English.  Have been studying and active in educational environments up to the undergraduate degree level.

How much time can you devote towards group activities per week? 9 hours+  I am juggling time between a part-time job and full-time student, but am active throughout the forums on a daily basis.  I have been since my registration date.  Activity will likely never be an issue, and if it were ever an issue, I make it known and I always sort out any complications I have with leaders of any group.

Yes - Red Lions is most noteworthy.  I was a leader in Apex for several months as well.  I have been a part of several other groups, but I dedicate my time solely to Red Lions as acting 2IC along with Lrrr, and would dedicate more time to this group as well.

I hope you don't think I'm picking on you, I just want to give advice for anyone else applying and you were the first to submit an actual application so I would like to give some advice. I am not denying or approving your application, just commenting on ways it could be made better.

• Ebook date/version: Can you please specify the version or date the ebook was published, we only review SPECIFIC copies of ebooks (for example, appraisals on ebook version 1 would only be good for that version, or the 2016 version was only good for that year.
  
• Suggested price - how did you come to this number as a ballpark?
  
• Rating System - can you give a bit more info on how you came up with 6/10 and 10/10. I feel like a 10/10 deserves an explanation at least.

Are you fluent in English? I guess so. I do my best to become better and better in English everyday, I've been learning mostly thanks to HF. I believe this experience within Appraisers could also help me improving my English. I love to be corrected when I do a writing mistake.
What sector are you most educated in? Service Appraiser. Can also help with accounts appraisal and ebooks appraisal if needed.
How much time can you devote towards group activities per week? Okay I'm going to be completely honest with you on this, I do not know the exact amount of hours I could devote towards group activities right now. Should be anywhere from 5 to 15 hours depending on weeks. Though, if I were to be accepted, I would be transparent with you to let you know if I have less time in a given week, or if I have more time, etc.. I do a special school in my city which is kind of weird and open 24/7. I am open to elaborate on that by PM, if needed.
