excepting a full refund even after services are rendered threatening to open a scam report even after i offer to send him a partial refund via bitcoin. it says in my terms of service on my thread only partial refund will be expected if work is rendered.

How does it make it impossible? Sending it would eliminate the constant messages. He paid for a service and asked for proof, now you're dodging him from what I can see, offering a partial refund because you couldn't do what you said you could, even tho you claimed to have finished it.
