Does windows 10 really have spyware? if it does then should I downgrade to windows 7? I use linux to do fishy things most of the time, but I also use windows 10 alot, and I really really dont want to send any "statistics", even if it is anonymous.

Will Microsoft unlawfully use basic statistical information about your PC against you, or share it to other resources without lawful reason? no. Its not really personal. Would you care?

Are they interested in your Porn activities? no.

Is it possible you are caught breaking into banking accounts and somehow Microsoft has legal grounds to disclose "information" to support that? Sure. If you gave it to them. Goodluck with the War you're fighting.

FYI Windows 7 now has nearly identical telemetry software to Windows 10, so you are sharing equally as much information regardless of which OS you are using unless you have specifically blocked and disabled such features.
