I need a buisness visa that is able to recieve, send and most importantly hold transactions from paypal and personal payments.
I know you can get reloadable prepaids that work but im not sure if its compatible with paypal ✌

Sounds like you need a business verified paypal account and a bank account with debit card registered to the business.
