Hey,
I got a problem with by dual boot.
So basically I tried to install Kali "beside" Windows 7. I created a new partition, during installation I set the swap etc etc, but when I try to lunch Kali, the boot kinda crash after trying to launch /script/local-block like 10/15 times and then this messages appears :
I checked the boot menu : I can't boot on recovery mode (same message appears), and the boot "code" itself seems to have the correct infos about the sdb3 and stuff..
Windows starts normally.
I already installed Ubuntu and Debian before, but not on dual-boot and not this PC. This is the first time that I see this error and I don't found any solution yet.
Can anyone help a young dual-boot noob ?

Quote:Gave up waiting for root file system device.
Common problems:
- Boot args (cat /proc/cmdline)
- Check rootdelay=(did the system wait long enough?)
- Missing modules (cat /proc/modules; ls /dev)
ALERT! /dev/sdb3 does not exist. Dropping to a shell!
