There is a tool called Firefly which can provide a lot of information about the number.
For the location you can get as close as the city.

If you're looking for a tool that accepts a phone number as input and gives you the exact location on google maps then I have to disappoint you. Such tool doesn't exist.
At least, not for the public.

There exist tools which could give you the exact location on google maps tho. But only if the app is downloaded on their phone plus they are required to have GPS on and/or be connected to the internet.

Hope this helps,

Phone triangulation like that only exists for police departments, and maybe some crazy genius has it somehow.
