First I used a 5 letter wordlist. Then I ran this exact command to no avail, thats when I gave up.

Left me scratching my head because it basically brute forces every possible 5 letter combination 😧

I got lucky and was able to guess the password in 10 tries haha. Figured it was a simple word and just used common words first before putting the effort to brute it. I am stuck on 6. I feel like I am over thinking it though. I just need a very tiny hint.

Try 4 and 6 letter combinations as well. It's not that hard. The hints can't be that obvious, right? Somebody made it through the entire challenge, that means they must have tried everything out. That's the level of determination we're looking for.

Anyways, only a few spots left. Better complete it fast.

I see most of you are using PDFCrack, nice! It's a great and free tool. Here's the clue:
-w ~/pathToYourFolder/wordlist.txt -n 6 -m 6


Step 6
I'm guessing most of you have figured out the clue, but still can't break the encryption. You're wanting to do this too fast! If you can only decipher the first word, try decoding it again but with a random character in front of the ciphertext. Then again, with two random characters in front of the ciphertext. Watch closely! Bonus points (well, just my respect actually) if you can figure out what is happening here and why it is happening.
