Rule

No Contract = No Dispute

From now on all Deal Dispute threads are REQUIRED To be associated with an HF Contract that was ACCEPTED by both parties. Partial Contracts will not be considered valid.

If any threads are created without a Contract it will be junked and the member warned.

Everyone will eventually be forced to use Contracts system to use the HF Marketplace. Adapt or else.   I refuse to allow these constant stupid deals done and then complaints when deals go bad and a very good system is not used.

And a reminder. All CE deals are REQUIRED to be done through Contracts.
Great initiative taken to destroy scammers from HF , love it
loving the way this new system is working, makes it much more easier to avoid scammers in the marketplace by the seems of it.
Great to see scammers getting closed now. Makes hackforums a safer place to engage in the market

What about users who refuse to use a contact? Like the seller/buyer says no (even though theres no reason to not use it)

Report the issue to a staff member with proof- i'm sure a hefty warning will be put into place for users attempting to avoid using contracts.

Members that currently attempt to do currency exchanges without using contracts generally end up closed. I wouldn't want to be the first to test Omniscient on this.

I am liking the way the marketplace is heading, keep it up you two.

Tbh, I’d find it pretty sketchy if they refuse. I don’t get why anyone wouldn’t want to use it, regardless of how simple the deal is.

Then avoid dealing with them. Guess what? If nobody deals with them they will eventually start using the contract system or not make any money.

I was hoping this would be implemented. This will eliminate all fake deal disputes from now on. Great change!

Exactly! It's not a fucking hassle- I encourage it for all types of deals, even if it's for $1

What about people who using SMM Panel? They need to make a contract per every deposit on the website?

What about buying e-books/programs, etc. via rocketr, selly etc? They need to make a contract per every buy?
am quite happy to see this implemented

The buyer would have to start the contract, yes. This thread only states all DEAL DISPUTES require a contract. Hence if they get scammed from an autobuy link, the deal dispute would not be valid as that’s off site anyways
