Someone wants to buy me plane tickets, theyre unwilling to just give me the $. Is there any good reason to justify having them send funds, or way to return them and get cash back?

tell them that if they wont give you the money then how can you afford to purchase a plane ticket?
I misread the post sorry. But cant you sell the plane ticket for money if they do purchase you one ? Instead of outright blocking him after he receives the plane ticket money he can use Social Engineering skills to stall the “meetup” and claim his “e-whore” is in the Hospital because of a car accident and offer the guy Videos so the guy wont feel like he’s been ripped off. |
