This user is clearly a scammer. What happened was i sent the money friends/family. $110 for $100 BTC. I noticed i didn't do one of the steps, he told me which was to say it's virtual goods. I clearly told him my bad & too refund the money, and then asks me for BTC wallet.

The payment was stuck on pending & 2 minutes later I got a charge back. He instantly received the money back, as he stated on my thread. I was not willing to send the BTC until the payment was complete. The payment was never completed therefore no deal has even taken place. This user just wanted me to think the payment was complete so I would send the BTC & then he could charge back. As soon as I wanted to wait for it to be completed, he charges back & wasn’t willing to cooperate with me at all. I will post screenshots when I am on my computer tomorrow.

OP if you sent money and it's pending then you should wait. (You sending from a credit card could be why) But Earn should be more responsive when dealing too. I don't think he was trying to scam, just a lack of communication.

He also states the payment is pending but he just said 'The payment was stuck on pending & 2 minutes later I got a charge back.'.
I didn't charge him back till about 1 hour after.
Finally, he says the payment was stuck on pending then hes balance went negative. Why would it go negative.. oh because he already spent it..

Lol you're not making sense. I paid from a debit card not credit card so money will be on hes end instantly. There is no lack of communication he clearly tried to scam me. Where is my money then LOL.

As I said before, I don't know if Earn was trying to scam, but it is likely it was pending AS IT WAS SENT FROM YOUR CARD, WHICH IS WHY EXCHANGERS WANT FUNDS FROM BALANCE

Finally, someone with some common sense. He charged back when I wanted to wait until it was complete & the money instantly went back to him. What would’ve happened if I sent the BTC straight away & he decided to charge back? I would be fucked. You can also refer to the first page of my exchange thread where he posted that he already has the money back, but now he keeps requesting I send the BTC on Discord. He is the one trying to scam me, not the other way around. I just didn’t fall for it & now he is trying to make me out as the scammer. Pathetic, really.

Sounds like you both had a misunderstanding. I suggest you leave it behind. I will speak to the user as he consulted me on the matter but I did not know that the payment was pending. Ultimatly, the way it was proposed to me was as if Earn had stopped responding after PP was sent which is true from one point of view.

I didn't get my money back regardless.... & Also, i wasn't going to chargeback lmao. I'll show all my recent transaction's.

You just sound like a ass coming to defend your friend here. Neither of what you sent was any proof of it being a debit or credit card. Furthermore, you said i didn't know anything about pending payments? LMAO, when did i state that. You sound hurt...

Thanks for that but there is no misunderstanding, this guy was clearly trying to scam and the proof show that.
