Well without seeing what you look like, get a fresh cut - nice watch - well fitted clothing and then go to a few events in your area with friends. Chat with chicks you meet at festivals, roadshows or whatever types of events you hit up as that will usually determine what type of chick they are.

Ask yourself a few questions:

Are you ugly?
Do you have a bad sense of style?
Are you social enough to meet girls?

If yes to any you can most likely fix them. Just get yourself a clean cut and your eyebrows done. Buy some new clothes / shoes, and try to get out there and meet some new people. A lot of the time guys are just looking in the wrong places.
