Long story short,

He says he can accept Interac transfert, I wanted BTC.



He has +13 Completed Trade, 0 Dispute Open, And +416 Rep,

I tought he was a legit person,

Well, I asked him for informations, he Sent me his Infos :



as you can see, I sent him the $1000 Thru interac Transfert:



I did not give him the secret of the answer to the question to make sure he received the request to accept the money, which is why he asked for it.



I sent him the Password, Now he has access to the $1000.

Easy, He accepted the money.



After mins of that, he blocked me or i dont know, tried to contact him many times: it says that this mothfukerr has private messaging disabled.



This is my fault I put too much trust on this kid, he's active user on the Marketplace section so,

This. You sent this from your bank correct? You can definitely get this back as you can claim this as fraud.

Keep in mind you have to do it within 3 days tho if I remember correctly after that you have to file a criminal act claim

I think there's a difference between not using a contract and refusing to use one, the latter is what gets you banned. Still no the smartest move to not use them in general.

Sorry this happened OP, possibly an attempt at an exit scam since the other stuff with Valar came up and he has apparently vacation banned himself now.

Not using a contract for a CE can result in closure of both accounts (even if both parties send the money and no one gets scammed)

@OP, tough loss. Always use a MM, and contracts! Idk why you chose to skip the contract part... that was extremely foolish

Well OP, good luck getting your money back and good luck keeping your account. I don't know why you decided to use his 15 deals as a sign of trust for $1k but yea... Best of luck to you.
