This is a very easy and straight forward scam report. I was recently banned for an extended period of time, during which this user thought I was permanently banned, and decided he would take the opportunity to try and scam me with a chargeback.
Profile: https://hackforums.net/member.php?action...id=3509037
I sold him my website, SMScode.net, and he chargedback.
Contract link:
https://hackforums.net/contracts.php?act...w&cid=6407
Chargeback proof:
Domain registrar proof (showing it's in his possession):
He even made a thread to see if someone would tell him I'm perm banned:
If I need another other proof, let me know. However I think I provided enough to show this user has blatantly scammed.
Update: just so people know, I did win the case, he didn’t cancel it but PayPal knew I was in the right. So this is a warning not to deal with this user.

Jesus Christ, he really tried to chargeback just because you were banned?
This looks like a legit and valid report, it's nice to see PayPal decided in your favour.
It seems like he was/is selling the website:

Not defending the guy but according to this post here: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?ti...id57623389
You sold him "the website" but only provided the registrar, aka not the files. Please clarify on this matter as in if you sold the project, he should indeed had received the whole thing ..
Holy fucking shit... That's pretty sad tbh. You know what's pissing me off more? This:
"He even made a thread to see if someone would tell him I'm perm banned"
Fucking scammers!

What a complete douche man. Sorry for your loss.
Forgot to add, he also lied and claimed Vitani gave him permission to chargeback.
Of course, he didn’t do that, and I showed Vitani the proof of the user saying that which he said never happened.
Vitani said he’d post on behalf of that aswell. Either way, clear scam.

Mind to answer my question ? Just to clarify what the deal was.

The domain name severs point to a site that hosts that specifics domain files, it’s a reseller panel. Whah I was selling, was the domain and customers. He got everything that was necessary for the sale, if he didn’t, I would’ve taken it back during chargeback. (Which I couldn’t). :)

Fair enough, I assume he misunderstood what he was buying and got mad then charged back (clearly from that post he didn't knew what he was buying).
Again, not defending him, rather he should be closed for reversing the payment and trying to get away with it. GL solving this.

Oh, he knew full well what he was buying. He gave me a questionaire before finally buying. I told him straight up what it was.

I apologize for the late response; I've taken a short break from these forums and now I am back.
First off, I would like to counter some of the arguments you made in your scam report. I did not "decide he would take the opportunity to try and scam me with a chargeback" just because you were banned, rather the evidence provided to me at the time FOR your ban made me realize you may have screwed me over.
I created a scam report against the user Biggy almost 2 months ago with this same transaction. The report was finally resolved when Biggy provided "evidence" of income from the website "smscode.net" which made me content that he wasn't lying. I sat back, finally happy that even though I wasn't happy with what he provided as a website, he wasn't lying about what he made.
This all changed when Biggy got involved with a user called "Mr. Elie" who cracked a tool being sold on HF. They were selling a tool called Twitch Helper which they took the opportunity to crack once the owner exit scammed. Whether or not Twitch Helper exit scammed is beside the point. Biggy started advertising this product on HF, claiming "We bought the software from twitch helper".
Biggy's Thread: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5888347
As Biggy said, "MrElie bought access to the exact program they are referring to. It’s not cracked, it’s purchased." I knew this wasn't the case, as I was a proxy seller for Twitch Helper during that time and Mr. Elie came to me many times to send him the program so he could sell it. Screenshots are provided on the above thread.
Now, you're probably wondering how this involves the scam report against me. I don't want to bring up the THelper situation, but the key concept to grab from this above situation is when Biggy goes:
"I’ve received the proof, however, it does contain the edit scammer (TwitchHelper)s full name and email address, so I don’t want to post it and get banned. Do you mind if I PM it to you and you post on behalf of it, so the accusations stop? You can also verify the email with his Hf account if necessary."
Now, the next reply is TwitchHelper claiming how this was all bullshit and he never sold the program. So either Biggy was lying about having proof or he made some fake PayPal transaction. After he was banned, I assumed it was the later. If this was faked, he most likely faked the transactions he sent me as well.
I collected the evidence and deal contracts we had and sent them to PayPal (I can provide proof that my case was legitimate, not just "ahh id didn't receive the product." I was unhappy with the deal and decided to let PayPal decide who was in the wrong. That is perfectly within my rights, and not NOT scamming. I even contacted a staff member beforehand making sure it was okay to do so. Scamming is a totally different topic here and saying I scammed is not appropriate at all. I was not able to resolve the situation with you, so taking it to PayPal is why their dispute options exist.
If anyone wants the links to any of the above comments or threads, I am of course more than willing to provide.
