Scammed by Honey Singh - $2000 [UID=1443720]

Scammed by: https://hackforums.net/member.php?action...id=1443720

Information: https://hackforums.net/contracts.php?act...&cid=15357

I've successfully sent $2000 in return for $2100 as agreed on contract.

Proof as shown: [Image: 64f31e92bb0091d808b90dc948e19c30.png]

Later on, he says that somebody named the same as me asked for a refund and he apparently sent it to that person. That person is now banned. https://hackforums.net/member.php?action...id=1815602 <--- That's not my mistake whatsoever, that's on Honey Singh.

I do believe that Honey will pay the funds but I am tired of waiting now and I do know that he has the funds to pay me right away. I'm posting this to put pressure on him to actually deliver the funds.

You have barely any more time now, Honey. I don't think you should be able to be selling as long as this report is up, despite you saying "I have to make money back" even though you have lots of money you can send first and then make the loss later, but not at the expense of my time which was planned to be spent on a new project that I am working on..

Note: He has sent $300 and then 'refunded' the scammer $1k or something along the lines. So he owes me $1.800.
Glad you had used a contract.

I have never had issues with Honey, and I do hope that he can resolve this with you. GL OP! :)
I read his post about him sending money to another guy by accident, I kind of wondered what happened with it, I thought he would pay you back straight away seeing as it was his tardiness that caused the problem.

Yeah, def. nothing to do with me. Should have checked UID, post count and everything else to notice that something's off. He's saying that "he has to make the money back". Well, he can make the loss back after he pays me but apparently he wants to make it while I have to wait for him.

Hopefully it gets resolved.
If that's true about user contacting him with the same username as your, then it's his fault for not checking UID before processing
RENT THIS SIGNATURE SPACE CAUSE I NEED BYTES TO GAMBLE WITH

Looks about right, hopefully he pays back.

The sad thing is he has a vendor tag :(

I really cannot blame him, most people do not have $2,000 / $2,100 laying around to pay someone, and at the same time, you cannot take a loss that big at a time.

I would respect him, and just give him some time.

Perhaps set something in the contract if he agrees where he can repay $100 each time possible, until it amounts to his full debt?
I would sort of recommend a payment plan agreement (if possible) between the two of you. Not everybody has thousands of dollars to dish away. Give it some more time or work something out.

The thing is, he does have that amount of money. He himself claimed to be dealing with thousands and thousands of dollars every single day. I believe he can make it work and I asked him to send at least $600 today so I can feel confident that he's actually planning on returning my funds.

Again, I think he should make that loss back after sending me the funds so I can go on about my business and do my thing. You get where I am coming from? We agreed that he would pay today about two-three days back, so hopefully he does indeed pay it back today.

I suppose we'll see if the issue is resolved. Thanks for the dispute.
That was a huge mistake. It sucks that scammers abuse the currency exchange section like that. You let your guard down for 1 minute, and you end up scammed..

Yeah people look for large contracts to try and abuse. People need to keep their contracts private, especially if you are an active exchanger.

All the scammer had to do in this case was constantly refresh that btc address in the contract and wait for the $2k to show up then change his user to the ops user with a special character and then pm honey for a refund. Easy $1k scammed (not sure why he didn’t get the full $2k back lol)

Why would you ask for a refund tho? Makes no sense.
He has been too long on HF to scam, never dealt with the user though so i don't know.

Looks legit and smart that you have both used the contracts and posted this to push him to refund you faster.
