The bad;

• Basically 99% of the chatbot accounts are created on the same day, very clear call out
  
• Can only choose between Fortnite and Default chat list messages which are pretty bad & limited
  
• Can't modify or upload your own chat messages catered for your channel to make it look more real
  
• Can't add your own accounts to chat list & chatters, like active subs, aged accounts with bit badges etc
  

The good;

• good pricing with the coupon code
  
• Stable and adaptive viewbot (viewers fluctuate so looks more realistic)
  
• Followbot can be drip fed with custom delays and followers have avatars
  
• Viewbot also sends good amount of channel views, looks more organic on twitch channel stat pages
  

to sum up, good value if you don't need the chat bot, but if you do, a lot needs to be improved for it to look more realistic & have more customization

We're currently working on adding more chatlists, overtime our chat accounts will age, so that will come with time really.
Along with this, the ability to send your own messages and phrases by from any bot of your choosing is being implemented!

I noticed that you've added an option to add your own messages, this is a big step in the right direction.

You mentioned that over time your chat accounts will age, the age of the accounts is not necessarily the issue.. the issue is all of them being created on exactly same day which is fairly unrealistic, should add real aged accounts with random creation dates

or let people add their own aged&subbed oauth accounts instead of using yours, not only would that take the resources and load off your shoulders, you can literally require people to share the accounts between other customers if they wish to add their own.. literally everyone wins.

I understand that the average person that uses your service doesn't give a shit about that though, but to each their own. glws

We are actually working on this and it's coming very soon. We have been ageing thousands of new accounts to be released in to the system, and we will remove all of the ones that are currently there - we had to rework our account creator to make the accounts look a little more "legit".

Also, with this, we are adding in the ability to provide your own accounts. The reason we're taking so long for this is because it needs to be user friendly, and adding features that let you use your own accounts/our accounts/mix of both can become quite confusing to the user.

We have a lot of new features coming soon too, some that you won't find on any other viewbotting site, so we look forward to begin beta testing them!

We changed how many channel views are delivered with the viewbot because it was delivering thousands of channel views for a small number of live viewers. We refined it so it wasn't delivering thousands of page views per 50 live viewers, which is extremely unnatural.

Your dashboard is clean and efficient for managing your packages and account details.

Support

The live support is extremely good, I have never seen them go offline (and I've tested it). However sometimes their response it: "I'll send ticket to admin." but still their admin is pretty fast.

View Bot / Panel

When managing your plans all the important info can be located at the top such as channels/plan capability/autostarts. There are 3 separate panels for Viewbot, chatbot and follow-bot and each with their own settings. Their viewbot is one of the most stable out there that I've experienced. (I think it stayed at 112 viewers with no drop for over 15 mins lol). The chatbot is pretty good although they only supply 2 chat lists and the chat accounts are all made on same day sometimes. Other than that they don't allow you to use custom OAuth accounts and for the Follow-bot, you can't really set it up so that its automatic, you'd have to start it per stream unless u want slow ass followers.

Overall rating: A-, Would recommend for anyone looking for beginner friendly software with great support.

Thanks for the review! As I've mentioned, the chatbot is something we're working on and we're very, very close to releasing. We've been ageing some new accounts and we've been working on some new features, so we'll hand out some more copies very soon!

As for the support comment, we have staff with varying levels of access. So if that support member cannot handle a certain task, it's passed on to someone who can, and we have a few people that can, so typically, the "admin" will handle it really quickly.
