Description
So this user had a programming service and the deal was that he was to complete four programs, I paid him upfront stupidly since #SkyLine vouched him then took it back right after these issues started.... After waiting two months and no updates/contact for most the time I am getting frustrated and in terms to get this resolved I have taken further step after not being able to reach the seller again. He also stated in the contract he sent me the files/attempted to and was going to send them last Thursday. No response since/nor did I receive the updates he said he did. All I have is a program that has four buttons that do nothing for $200 BTC and over 1 month and 21 days since payment.

Update; seller said he would fix issues this week/last week and still has produced nothing. BEWARE OF USER TILL THIS IS CLOSED - STILL NO UPDATE/REFUND/PROGRAMS. ALL DISCORD MESSAGES CAN BE PROVIDED TO STAFF. If no resolution to this/contact from user as he keeps logging in via discord and ignoring me as well. I hope staff can take desired actions with proof of deal/loss as it is looking right now.

UPDATE 2 ;
Staff has not done anything about this user yet, he is still operating on forums here. Still no updates/running programs as discussed in contract. This is clearly all this dude does for a living. I sent him an anonymous email stating I would publish his details online due to his scamming and increase everyone's warning about this user "Dean" - his real name and just got the most brain numbing reply and this should clearly prove the user has no intentions on completing my programs, nor refunding me and just added me to ignore list so he can continue to scam member's on these forums thinking I won't stop calling him out/nor post his info due to him scamming me and other member's.

And just so you're aware, staff aren't REQUIRED to deal with scam reports, period. You make all deals on this site at your own risk. If Omni happens to jump in and ban him, that's completely to his own discretion. Keep bumping his shit with "he scammed me!" Posts and more threads and you're probably gunna be the one who ends up banned first.

Due to so many edits ; etc. Only reason it was posted again. And someone was curious why I sent payment upfront I did it to show him I was legit and #Skyline vouched him.

I have contacted “#Skyline’ his partner four times now. I’ve asked the user to share his “partner” who he vouched for personal and said he had contact info. I figured he would let HackForums BEWARE of this user/his partner. As he has stolen my $200 USD and vouched him and partnered with this user on what appears a “couple’ of projects for sure “CrackAttack, SocialRiches’. And I have asked him to inform me, or the rest of the users if the updates for “CrackAttack’ and “SocialRiches’ will ever be released or members will be refunded for not all the “modules’ working as stated and promised in the thread such as the “Netflix, PSN etc’ this was all advertised and customers paid for and never receive a program that does either and much more. Beware HackForums, more threads and proof to come soon. Maybe #Skyline will reply with his partners contact info/Facebook profile or maybe he will back this scammer up as it appears he has so far.
