Auction
for
Xerotic Bot DNA Award

Hello everybody. My name is Xerotic and I recently became an Administrator here at Hack Forums. I will be (and have been already!) creating plugins, adding features to the site, and improving site functionality where needed. While I am in this position I will be dedicating my time towards HF full time. In order for this to be possible, however, I must be able to earn money to pay my bills. As part of a plan to allow me to dedicate the time I will be (and have been) dedicating to HF, Omniscient has allowed me to grant the Xerotic Bot DNA award once per month with the understanding that it will be sold or auctioned each month (or granted for free/not granted at all). This will allow me to afford my rent/bills so that I can continue to pump out code and bring some amazing features to HF. Features that have been talked about for years are going to be coming to HF swiftly, but only as long as I am able to afford to dedicate all of my time towards the site.

Award
The Xerotic Bot DNA award is very rare. It has only been granted to six members! The award will only be granted once per month and it will either be sold, auctioned, or given away. It is designed to support me so that I can support Hack Forums.

I would like to thank Novica for creating the award image.

As 2018 comes to a close it is awesome to look back on all the great changes HF has seen this year. Let's keep up the momentum and launch into 2019 with some great new features! 👍

Thanks!

[Happeh]

Hope someone doubles the BIN to give you a lovely Christmas :)

[Omniscient]

I'll give you the glory you deserve when you bring back SYT in forums.

That's not up to him.

Make it 50k bytes and i think we got a deal.

You could sell those for half the price of the award.

but why sell awards? it’s pointless if you were awarded something just to sell it. that’s like selling a gold medal from the olymipics...

He isn't talking about the award, the bytes.

Good luck Xerotic. Merry Christmas and a happy new year!

Glws just one question at which point do you stop copying and pasting the same passage about "recently becoming an Admin" because it's been over half a year now 😏

For some reason I recall Green Arrow's intro when I read OP.
"My name is Oliver Queen, after 5 years in hell... "

[Bαker]

Okay, then I’ll give him the glory he deserves when YOU bring it back 🤣

Also, how do you pay your rent in Crypto Xerotic?

Most likely cashes it out or pays via like PayPal / Venmo with a crypto debit card.

@Xerotic - Ill start it off for you buddy. $750 from me.

I believe it was March which makes it 9 months not 18. Just look at everything we have accomplished in the relatively short time.

It was March. Imagine what could be accomplished with 9 more months.
