Description
So the user offered a way to make a guaranteed 250$ a day with his special private whitehat method. I bought the method and instead of one method it were a bunch of methods and the source code of a program. The given files weren't the complete method and more details were needed from the seller to actually do any of it.

He said his method is not:
- Currency exchange or investing in crypto
- Low quality/public method
- SEO/PPC/CPC, Surveys
- Difficult or confusing work
- Any illegal content such as scamming

Well you are basically exploiting a company with the main method and all the other methods involve cryptos or scamming other companies by not paying them with invalid creditcards.
Anyway I tell him this (as shown in the proof) and he says he will give me a refund. Next he decides to completely ignore me on HF and on skype. I try to contact him and at some point I am contacted by a potential buyer of the method who saw my warning in the thread.
He tells me that the seller now calls me a greedy scammer who is just trying to get the method for free.
So I send the potential buyer a screenshot where the seller promises me a refund, however in that screenshot I forget to hide a very small part of the method which in no way shows the complete method or gives all the details. The seller suddenly contacts me again to tell me that refund is now void and he will be opening a dispute on me.
Although I think everyone will agree that the tiny part I shown to the potential buyer won't disclose anything except that it is indeed a blackhat method. I won't show the screenshot here till I see what kind of deal dispute the seller opens.

Here he is first explaining why it is the fault of the company for allowing them to be scammed, so still blackhat.

Discussion about it being stealing/whitehat. He doesn't respond to me saying it is blackhat. Just that it is not public even tho the service is pretty well known.

Promising me a refund and even asking for my btc addy.
After this he just ignores me on skype and hf, With hf tracking i can see that he read my messages.
Now a potential buyer contacted me because he was interested in the method but worried because of my refund warning in the thread.
The seller told the potential buyer this:


Calling me a greedy scammer, he is clearly just trying to milk this product before someone calls him out.
He could have just told me that he sees me as a scammer but I am sure he was just trying to keep me silent while not refunding me.

After this I made an error and forgot to remove a tiny bit about the method in a screenshot to the potential buyer. Suddenly the seller talks again on skype and says I leaked his method. Unfortunately I can't post the screenshot here since I don't know for sure if it won't be considered leaking but I don't mind sending the screenshot to staff to let them judge if it was leaking a method.
The seller told me he was going to open a dispute too so I hope that he posts the screenshot there so everyone can see that just that little part didn't reveal anything.

This will certainly be interesting to see how this pans out. On one hand, the seller delivered a product as the terms of the contract have required. On the other hand, selling a blackhat methods is not allowed on this site and is a clear violation of the rules. Either way, seeing as you have a contract and the seller misrepresented the product before you purchased it, this seems like a very valid deal dispute. I hope you two are able to work something out.

The stupid thing is that I have bought some very good methods from HF before and most of the time they let me learn a lot of new things. I agree that 250$ was over the top but I assumed there must have been some valuable info in there.

Yes I hope so too, I understand his point that he hasn't promised any refund in the thread but in my eyes he lied so that makes the whole sale void.
I am also a bit upset that he promised a refund but then completely ignores me.

Thanks for always keeping an eye on this section. Buying things on HF is always a gamble, I don't mind bad methods that much but scammers are just frustrating.

A refund was offered out of goodwill. The contract and my thread DO NOT state any sort of refund policy. You ruined your own chances of a refund after leaking parts of the method to another member on the forum.

The "leak" part was only "company name + bot" in a screenshot, where you said in the same sentence it wont be possible without you so I didn't leak anything.

I don't know why you think that I leaked it to numerous users. I only sent it to the potential buyer. Besides that, you are even fine with posting the screenshot in your own thread so it is really not leaking anything.

You haven't responded to it being blackhat again.
There doesn't have to be a refund policy in the thread to get a refund because you have been lying about the contents of the method.

Also, as another user pointed out, apparently the additional methods are all stolen from another user. So you are even selling copied stuff, another reason for a refund.

You are also ignoring my point that you called me a greedy scammer before I even send the "leaking" screenshot to the potential buyer.
